Meet Marcy, MA-C
Patient Care Coordinator
In addition to meeting with Dr. Chen, you will meet with Marcy, our Patient Care Coordinator. She understands that every patient has unique needs and expectations, and is committed to providing state of the art personalized and compassionate care for you! Marcy will be there for you throughout your entire surgery experience, from initial consultation with Dr. Chen to post-surgicare care. She prides herself in her clinical experience and treats everyone like family with a friendly smile, putting in the extra mile to answer your questions, and making your experience as informative and pleasant as possible.
Born and raised in OC, Marcy has always had a love for helping people and especially enjoys helping people feel their best! She truly embodies our philosophy at Pacific Plastic Surgery Institute, PC and believes that outward transformation can help to augment your inner confidence towards living a happier, healthier, and more beautiful life! Meet Cristabel,
Patient Liaison
You will also meet Cristabel, our Patient Liaison! We are proud to introduce Cristabel, our Patient Liaison, as one of our newest team members! She comes from a family of healthcare providers with her mom a nurse and her aunt an anesthesiologist, and patient care comes very naturally for her. Her friendly, compassionate demeanor will brighten your day. She takes pride in being your advocate and looks forward to helping take care of you and answering your questions! Cristabel is excited to see your personal journey blossom with us from initial consultation through all of your appointments with Dr. Chen and our team. She loves being an intricate part of our patients’ success stories and is proud to be a part of such a caring, and thoughtful team!
Originally from LA county, she currently calls OC her home as she is pursuing her premedical studies at UCI. As a third year undergraduate student, she truly enjoys helping people and strives to make our patients feel beautiful, pampered, and taken care of in every aspect of our concierge service-based, boutique practice!

Practice Coordinator
We are proud to introduce Christina as one of our newest team members! She is excited to be part of our team, and is dedicated to making your experience with us amazing! Christina will go to great lengths to make sure that everyone’s experience is as positive as possible, and prides herself in giving great patient care and service!
Christina was born and raised in Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in the Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. As she continues her healthcare education, Christina also genuinely takes delight in helping our patients through their transformation journey!
Meet Crystal
Surgery Coordinator
Our newest patient liaison to our team is Crystal. She also comes from a family of healthcare providers including physician assistants and physicians. She is extremely dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience and will be there to walk you through every step of the way!
From your initial consultation to follow-up appointments, she works with you directly, as well as behind the scenes, to make sure that your time with us is as seamless as it can be. Patient care has always been her passion, and she prides herself in making every patient’s visit a special one!
Originally from a small town in Central California, she is currently in her final semester at Chapman University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She is excited to be part of your transformative journey!
Meet Laurie, LE
Licensed Esthetician
Laurie is a Licensed Esthetician with a true passion for skincare! She works successfully with all ethnicities and complexions, as well as all skin types including aging skin, acneic skin, sun damaged/pigmented skin, dry skin, and sensitive skin. She has extensive experience performing Custom Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, HydraFacials, Microcurrent, and LED Therapy.
Laurie feels that educating clients on their skin is one of the most important aspects in helping each client achieve and maintain healthy skin. Using her broad-based knowledge and expertise, Laurie provides custom facial treatments and skin care regimens to help each client reach their skin goals, whether it’s results-driven or solutions or just rest and relaxation.
Laurie is known for her great touch with particular expertise in Facial Massage, which her clients rave about! Laurie’s ultimate goal is to lead each client on a path to healthy and beautiful skin to not only look good, but feel good too!
