I called to the office to set up a consultation, which was extremely easy. Dr. Chen quickly diagnosed my hypertrophic scars and went into the treatment details. The staff was very attentive, as they called and sent me emails with instructions pre- and post-surgery. After the surgery, I felt no pain, which was a plus! The healing process is coming along well. I had multiple follow-up appointments and Dr. Chen always patiently answered my questions. The entire process and surgery was quick and easy! The customer service and patient care was amazing!
