My experience was very pleasant from my first greeting with the office staff. It was nice to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. This I have found is not very common with most doctors’ offices. Dr Chen walked me through my procedure. To give you a little background, I had gone to my dermatologist to get some things checked out on my arm, then found out that they were nothing to be concerned about. However they did find two spots on my face that I was completely unaware of, one right next to my right tear duct. Dr. Mehr recommended Dr Chen to do the repair work after the carcinoma was removed. I was very nervous about all of this, Dr Chen was very honest and comforting in our consultation her bedside manner was excellent and follow up also. My face is healing very well even after a few weeks. I doubt that anyone would be able to tell that I even had any surgery on my face. I would recommend Dr Chen Highly to anyone!
