43 year old female had primary rhinoplasty 20 years ago after nasal trauma from a car accident. She comes in with concerns of left nasal obstruction, deviated septum, and depressed left nasal wall, and underwent revision rhinoplasty with cartilage graft. She is very happy with the results.
