Virtual Consultation
We get it! Life is busy, whether you are an out-of-town patient or live in Southern California but can’t seem to get in for the initial consultation, we offer Virtual Consultations with Dr. Joyce Chen, our board certified, double fellowship-trained, female plastic surgeon, to accommodate you and your busy schedule. Although we always prefer to see our patients in person for a consultation before a surgical procedure, we understand that it isn’t always possible, as your schedule is simply too packed, or you live too far away. Our patients come from around the country and around the world, which is why we are pleased to offer Virtual Consultations!
Patients who do not reside locally can take advantage of our Virtual Consultation feature to simulate an in-office consultation within the comfort of their own home. The Virtual Consultation allows you to share information with our office before you fly or make the drive to our office in Orange County, CA.
After you call our office, our team will help you set up an appointment. We offer both video or phone consultations via ZOOM or FaceTime. During your Virtual Consultation, we go through the same steps and cover the same ground as we would with an in-person consultation. It should take about 30 minutes, the same as it does in office. You can gather facts, ask questions, and voice your concerns confidentially. This special service allows us to provide the same personalized concierge care that we offer in our office for those unable to be here. Whether you are seeking a second opinion, have questions or concerns, wish to correct a previous surgery, or are interested in having a new procedure done, we are here for you!
While most of the consultation process can be performed online, we believe it is still important to meet in person before your procedure so that you can feel comfortable and confident before moving forward. If you elect to have surgery, we will schedule a time to talk with you in person.

- Complete the form below and attach 3 photographs of the area you wish to improve.
- When it’s time for your consultation, we will call either on ZOOM or FaceTime account and your consultation will begin.
