Dr. Chen is amazing! She is knowledgeable and has excellent bed side manners. She takes the time to explain the procedures in detail and answers all the questions. She is also up front about being realistic with the results. She takes into consideration price point and she even made sure the payment plan worked for me. Her staff are also great and make sure that you understand the entire process. After the procedure Dr. Chen takes the time to personally call and check on you. Trust the process, the results will follow! It may take time, so be patient!
