47 year old female with breast cancer, underwent two-stage breast reconstruction.
First Stage: Immediate Breast Reconstruction at the time of mastectomy with placement of high profile 800 ml round tissue expanders.
Second Stage: Three months later, the tissue expanders were exchanged for very high profile 800 ml cohesive silicone, round, breast implants. (i.e. gummy implants) Patient is happy with her breast reconstruction results.
